Serving residents with autism and their families is a primary goal of Erik’s Ranch. Some, of course, will live at the Ranch. Others are welcome and encouraged to participate in day programs – meaningful job opportunities, regular classes and recreational activities that offer learning, fun, social interaction and structured care and support to meet personal needs. The ratio of staff or therapy assistants assigned to our day programming groups will be managed on a customized basis to suit each situation.
